Data processed, purposes and legal bases

Browsing. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party resources (fonts and images are hosted on the site). Its host, Netlify, records connection logs (including IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working, on the basis of my legitimate interest.

Booking a call. The Calendly link opens in a new tab. Calendly then processes the data you enter (name, e-mail address, time slot) under its own privacy policy, to organise the call (pre-contractual measures).

E-mails. If you write to me, your message and e-mail address are used to answer your professional enquiry (legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures).

Contact form. If you fill in the site's form, your name, email address, phone number (optional), profile, timing and description of your situation are sent to Netlify, which stores them on my behalf, and used only to reply to you (pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest).

Retention

3 years after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention period applies.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Data is accessible to me and to my technical providers: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and contact form) and Calendly (scheduling), established in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework, depending on each provider's policy.
