The Alchemist met une direction générale à disposition, le temps d'un mandat. Je reprends des organisations en transition : restructurations, préparations à la cession, repositionnements. Là où il faut décider vite et exécuter sans filet. En M&A, j'accompagne les fonds mid-market du premier diagnostic jusqu'à la signature. Et lorsqu'un projet mérite que j'y engage mon propre capital, je co-fonde : intelligence artificielle appliquée à l'investissement, structuration de fonds.
The Alchemist puts an executive leader on the table, for the length of a mandate. I step into organisations in transition: restructurings, sale preparations, repositionings. Decisions must be fast and execution comes without a net. In M&A, I guide mid-market funds from the first diagnostic through to signing. And when a project deserves my own capital, I co-found: artificial intelligence applied to investment, fund structuring.
Derrière, un parcours construit pour ça. Major de promotion à l'ESSEC, diplômé en Business Intelligence à la FH Dortmund, trilingue natif français-anglais-allemand. Formé entre la France et l'Allemagne, j'ai opéré en Europe, en Asie et au Moyen-Orient. Le sport de haut niveau m'a appris ce qu'aucune grande école n'enseigne : tenir sous pression, exécuter sous contrainte, rebondir.
Behind it, a path built for this. Top of class at ESSEC, a Business Intelligence degree from FH Dortmund, a native trilingual in French, English and German. Trained between France and Germany, I operated across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Elite sport taught me what no business school teaches: holding under pressure, executing under constraint, bouncing back.
En 2011, je fonde Atelier NA à Mulhouse. Sept ans plus tard : plusieurs dizaines de millions d'euros de chiffre d'affaires, 7 pays, 400 collaborateurs, une technologie 3D brevetée. En 2020, je lance GME, matériel médical et EPI pour grands comptes et gouvernements. Plusieurs dizaines de millions d'euros de chiffre d'affaires à deux, en vingt-quatre mois.
In 2011, I founded Atelier NA in Mulhouse. Seven years later: tens of millions in revenue, 7 countries, 400 staff, patented 3D technology. In 2020, I launched GME, medical equipment and PPE for major accounts and governments. Tens of millions in revenue with a team of two, in twenty-four months.
Depuis 2022, je dirige The Alchemist. J'ai accompagné plusieurs sociétés, sans logique de secteur, et j'ai agi comme venture builder sur quatre d'entre elles menées en parallèle.
Since 2022, I run The Alchemist. I have supported several companies, whatever their sector, and acted as venture builder on four of them run in parallel.
Pas de la curiosité d'entrepreneur. Du travail de construction, avec les mêmes exigences qu'en mission.
